From the minute you are blessed to be a parent there is an instinct built within everyone to nurture and protect your children so that they will grow up to be the most healthy person they can be. Creating good habits seems easy at the start because as the parent you are 100% in control of what they eat and drink. As they get older and the babies turn into school age children which in turn become teenagers and eventually adults, parents need to be confident that they have given their offspring … [Read more...] about No Sugar or Lower Sugar? I always feel good when we've eaten the food that I filled the fridge with at the beginning of the week. It means that we've kept to our plan and not overlooked what was in there in favour of other options. Everyone can appreciate how great they feel after a good night’s sleep - energised and ready to go compared with the opposite when they have very little or a disturbed night. We fill our diaries and … [Read more...] about I love sleep and I have a recommendation on how to get more! #NeomBigSleep
Have you ever been to a concert where you've never heard of the band? Well at the weekend Josh, our girls and I did just that! We went to the Walmart AMP in Rogers, Northwest Arkansas to see a double feature concert of Straight No Chaser and Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox. The Walmart AMP is an outdoor live music venue that seats 7000 people and we are fortunate that it's 10 minutes from home. I booked the tickets on a whim after a very random Google search. My daughter Kate is a fabulous … [Read more...] about Try something different
